If you would like to change your reservation.

please contact the store that you made the reservation and

let them know your name, the date of your arrive and potal site what you used.

please note that the price may change in case of the schedule is changed

Cancellation fee

There is no cancellation fee 8days before of departure

Cancellation due to typhoon or other natural disasters.

Please be sure to contact our store.

There is no cancellation fee due to cancellation of flight or other transportation means.

Changes while using rent a car

・Please contact store when you would like to modify the time.

・Car accicdent outside of planned hour will not covered by the insurance.

・If you would like to change the return location, please contact the departure office in advance.
