The meeting place in the airport will go up to the 3rd floor and meet the staff at the automatic door #6.

With your back to the ticket gate, please go to the south exit on the left side.

then, go down the stairs on the left side and wait at the bus stop.

We will submit some procedures at the office.

At the counter, we will explain again the Car rental agreement, precautions for lending, return method, etc.

After a brief explain of the vehicle, we will ask you to check visually for scratches exteriar of vehicle.

after completing this check, the vehicle is availabled.

* If you are subscribed to NOC compensation, please leave as it is. Our staff has already checked the vehicle.

Please be sure to return the vehicle to the departure office by the designated return time.

If the scheduled time is exceeded, please contact the office as soon as possible.

After returning the vehicle, Our staff will check the actual mileage, inside and outside of the vehicle.

Please note that you are required to refuel the vehicle when you return it.

We will take you to our office from Naha Air port for free.

Please inform us whether to use free pick-up and your flight number on the web form.

We may accept Free pick-up after made reservasion. Please let us know via phone or email.

Miyako-island branch

When you arrived at the air port, please kindly find the our staff who holding the 「沖縄プレミアムレンタカー(Okinawa Premium Rent-A-Car)」placard, which is just outside the baggage claim area.

Our staff is not available at the airport, if you would like to use Pick-up service, please kindly let us know in advance.

Customers who using Shimoji-island Airport will meet up with us after transferred to Miyako-island Airport by bus.

To customers who arrive the island by JTA551 / JTA573

RAC838 and depart by JTA552 / RAC891

Our store is open from 9am to 7pm

Customers of JTA551 flight We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will pick you up after the business starts. Please wait in the airport arrival lobby for a while.

For customers arriving on JTA573 / RAC838 and departing on JTA552 / RAC891, please note that an after-hours fee will be charged.

In addition, JTA551 passengers can rent a car according to their arrival time by 9 am.

(A separate after hours fee will be required)

Shin-Ishigaki Airport branch

When you arrive at Shin-Ishigaki Airport, please pick up your luggage and cross the pedestrian crossing in front of the main entrance.

Go to the left and wait at the chartered bus stop near parking lot #13.

A large bus that says Ishigakijima Rent-A-Car Station runs every 10 minutes.

Please tell us that you are using Okinawa Premium Rent-A-Car when you board.

Please prepare the following document in advance as there are procedures at the office.
