Q Payment
A

Usage charges are paid at the time of departure.

We accept cash or credit card

E-commerce and cashless payment cannot be used.

Price calculation varies depending on the vehicle, class and period, please check from the vehicle for details.

There is no change in the fare depending on the mileage.

Q Specifying the model
A

We accept reservations for the specified model at each branch of the Naha Main Store, Miyakojima Store, and Shin-Ishigaki Airport Store.If you have a vacant car, you can make a reservation with the specified car model.

If there is an vacant car, you can make a reservation with the specified car model.

Q Cancellation and change
A

Please contact us by email or phone for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel or change the day before or on the day of your reservation, please call the store where you made the reservation directly.

Please check the following for the cancellation fee.

8days before Free
7~2days before 50% cancellation fee from the price quote
1day before 70% cancellation fee from the price quote
On the day/after scheduled departure date 100% cancellation fee from the price quote
Q Refueling before return
A

We will lend you a full tank of gas at the time of departure, please kindly fill it up when you return it, or pay a refueling fee if you could not refuel.

Q Age limit for rent
A

We will refuse to rent to persons under the age of 24. regardless of the number of years the license has been obtained.

(Only foreign cars)

* Customers who have obtained a license for less than half a year are not allowed regardless of whether they are foreign cars or Japanese cars.

Those who have obtained a license for less than one year will be charged additional Deductible fee 1,600 JPY a day.

Q About fellow travelers drive
A

A Please kindly to provide the driver's license for all fellow drivers.

The insurance guarantee is applied under the same conditions as the applicant, so please use it with confidence.

Q What I need at the time of departure
A

All people who drive a vehicle will need a "driver's license", so be sure to bring it with you.

* Copy or Image data are not allowed.

Q Departure and Return
A

It depends on the store, so please check at the reserved store.

Q Smoking in the car
A

All vehicles are non-smoking cars.

We are strongly prohibiting smoking in the car.if we found the evidence of smoking (ashes, smells etc) we will charge 50,000 JPY for cleaning fee.

Q In the event of an accident or incident
A

It will be treated as an accident regardless of the size of scratches and dents, and whether or not there is an opponent.

If someone get injured, be sure to take the following measures.

If someone get injured, immediately ensure the safety (to prevent a secondary accident), contact the ambulance (119), and take first aid if possible.

Please contact the police (110) and report details of the accident.

After reporting to the police, please request them to issue the traffic accident certificate.
